Hi

I want to use the MODX as a midi controller for FL Studio Mobile Android to perform parts on the MODX so that midi will be recorded in an FL Studio Mobile midi track.

I believe the setup is correct:

Setup:

MODX > Utility > Midi set to usb.

USB to C type Cable is connected from the MODX "USB to Host" to Android phone LgV60.

I confirm the dialog that asks to use it as a Midi Device.

In FL Studio Mobile settings > Midi > input device, I selected "Android USB Peripheral Port."

FL Studio is open and the midi track is selected. The sound in the midi track plays when I play the onscreen keyboard in FL Studio.

When I play notes on the MODX, the sound in the midi track does not play. I tried a different cable still no luck.

I tried the same thing using my Yamaha Geno > USB to HOST. That didn't work either.

What am I doing wrong?
