For me, when using beat=1/4 note under the tempo menu the click has one "strong" beat and 3 weak beats. It doesn't matter what the arpeggio's reported time signature is. For 6/8 arpeggios, I get 2 beats per 6 eighth notes. And if I say one "measure" is from strong beat to strong beat - then this is actually 12/8 since I hear 12 eighth notes between each strong beat. There doesn't seem to be a way to adjust the click to do a different number of beats per measure.

It does seem I experience something different. BTW, I'm using factory preset 6/8 arpeggios to determine how these arpeggios relate to the click.
