The new montage wil of course support aftertouch, but I don't know if the aftertouch will be polyphonic pressure or channel pressure. Do you guys know if the Montage supports polyphonic aftertouch?

Aftertouch cannot be used to trigger a Motion Sequence, Aftertouch cannot be used to trigger an arpeggio.
Aftertouch can be used for etc., however. 🙂
