Hello,
I'm looking a way to retrig enveloppes (Filter EG and Amp EG) with a modulation source (as an LFO for example). But I don't find this "retrig" parameter anywhere in the pages.
Could you tell me where it is set ?

There isn't one. The AEG, FEG, PEG envelopes are only triggered by note-on events (when they do trigger).
You'll have to alter pitch, filtering, and pitch using these parameters and offsets using motion sequence if you want the next best thing. This won't be the [A,F,P]EG - but can be an on-demand offset of amplitude, filter, and pitch.

You can create LFO User Waveforms that resemble ADSR Envelopes if that helps.
You can also delay the LFO Start to your desired first re-trigger point.
