So I want to create a three element synth part. I want to be able to have the filter and EG's to affect all elements at the same time like a traditional synth. I'm stumped as to how to do this. Anybody can help me here.. Thanks
For either FMX or AWM2, if you stick with one part - you can use the common parameters to move filters/EGs together for all elements.
I'm not too familiar with setting up an FMX voice - just took a look at FMX for the first time now to confirm the common screen applies like AWM2.
Across parts - there are other ways to get the parameters to move together.
It'd help to have a bit more detail on what you've setup so far (AWM2, FMX, any other specifics).

Basically what I want to do is what the Roland FA 06 does in respect to there Super Natural Synth editing. There was the option to select all OSC so that any editing you did affected all the Osc at the same time. If I wanted to change the pitch for each Osc then I would deselect all and individually change them then go back and select all again to make universal changes. It was a bit cumbersome but I got used to it. On this synth I could do the same but for only the one element. I would add another element to thicken the sound with a second Osc but then was back to square one and have to change all the settings for that element to the first etc.. Maybe a copy and paste function is available?
You can copy complete elements within parts and between parts in the same performance. You set up element 1 the way you wanted then copy it to element 2 and then just change the waveform so that all the other parameters would remain the same.
Click on the element you want to copy from, press shift and edit and then choose your destination.
Chris, I haven't taken a look at your performance - so this is based off of my own that do the same thing. My "beef" with the dynamic control method is that you cannot "see" values change as you move the dial or dials. Changes are applied behind-the-scenes as "k" factor modification (k=constant multiplier) and there is not a place to see what "k" is. So if you go to the element which has some parameter as a destination - turning the knob doesn't show the new value. It will give you a performance dial to modify dynamically - so that serves its own purpose. Thus far, I've asked if I can see just what "k" is rather than seeing what the end result is after "k" is applied to a given destination (haven't asked to see the new modified value - since that would need to be a change too many screens - and a way to revert back to original setting with "k"=1 or unity).
This is where the existing copy and paste comes up handy - but still a bit cumbersome if you have a bunch of elements and want to push a new value through all.
Not bad to know that other users may be coming in with a workflow that allows for multiple deeper items to be changed together.
It would be great to have a "job" button that, only if turned on, would change all elements that were not muted together for the deep element parameter being changed in the currently selected element. Even if the currently selected element was muted, the interface would assume you want to change the current element - this would make it easier to deal with on the interface response side. And change all other elements that were not muted. This would allow for a matrix control mechanism to mask off changes to any given other element or sets of elements. The buttons are there for element mute control for all elements that are switched on - so there is no additional menu to traverse to allow for this kind of mapping. Biggest problem I see with this suggestion is that there is no place for the "Job" button on the interface that can be toggled on/off in all of the edit screens. So this a bit of rip-and-tear which is not likely to make it far.
