I have noticed that sound produced by one of the keys on my Montage 8 is noticeably louder than the others, at least to my ears. Is there a way to tune or adjust the sound level for individual keys? In this case, the key happens to be the second e-flat to the right of middle C. I'm something of a novice, so maybe this key is supposed to be much louder than the rest? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

If that is the case on multiple sounds, what you describe could be a broken mechanism in the key. You may want to contact Customer Support.
