How do I add the internal drum while playing they a song on the the keyboard, for example? In other words I want to use the drum when there is no drummer.

If you want to play the drums yourself on the keyboard, then call up any kit using [CATEGORY SEARCH] and looking at the Drum/Perc category.
If you want an arpeggio to drum a "pre-recorded" loop in the style you prefer, use ARPs.

Look for ARPs that appeal to you. Look at the last column:
Dr/Pc Pop Rock 6576 MA_Worship Slow 4 / 4 4 75 Power Standard Kit 1
"Power Standard Kit 1" - those are the drums that work best with this ARP. So recall the kit in the last column (assign to a PART, or load the drum kit as a preset performance).
