Dear all,

Come across to this forum and hope anyone can give me a hand, your few words may save my thousand hours to map it out!

I bought an Yamaha TF1 mixer and tried to record into my Mac using Logic Pro. It has sounds captured but the sound is original and could not pan left or right although I have pan it in TF1 for my channels (Left and Right sound of piano, mics)

Also the sound recorded does not contain any EQ or compressor that I was set in the TF1 for different channels.

After three days of hard work, I still could not map this out, what I understand is the USB host may just capture the original sound so there must be a way to set the TF1 USB host output is the polished sound.

I also set the "Post fader" in the specific channels but it still not works.

Thanks for watching this post and give me a hand. Really hard to find any clues in any youtube, tutorials, Yamaha official website, even Yamaha Facebook.

Have a good day!

The TF is a digital mixer and although the Montage has a digital mixer built-in, you are way Off -Topic here at Yamaha Synth. Where in the world are you located do we can perhaps make a recommendation to get first class help.

Basically, the TF has 32 bus outputs plus the master stereo bus output. Each channel can be set to a DIRECT OUTPUT, to be recorded in your favorite DAW software. During Record each channel is set To INPUT. On playback you route the DAW Track Outputs back through the channels, set to USB input.
