Tonight my keyboard randomly refused to turn on! No lights, lcd was totally off, Nothing. Disappointing moments... Now after half an hour, it's back and started to work?!! what can be wrong? How can I do a hardware check and see what's wrong?

Sorry to hear about that, friend. What keyboard are we talking about? Troubleshooting the power supply is usually the first thing to do with situations like these to rule out power supply failure/damage, then we can move on to checking on the instrument.
