Is it possible to trigger 2 or more VOICEs in SONG or PATTERN mode? If possible how? and how is it going to affect the polyphony?

Thanks.

Place the Parts on the same MIDI channel
Press [MIXING]
Press [EDIT]
Press the Part [1]-[16] to select its data
Press [F1] VOICE
Press [SF1] VOICE
Set the MIDI channel as required.

If you set both Parts 1 and 2 to Receive Channel 1, then select Track 1 will play (sound) both Parts.

How it affects polyphony is just as always, each Element that sounds uses a note of polyphony, stereo Elements use 2 notes of polyphony. Elements only use polyphony when they are sounding.

So technically, I can create a 2 part VOICE in MOTIF which has as many as layers as MONTAGE's CFX piano for example? and just out of curiosity, can I do it in MOX/F as well?

Yes, and you always could. But it's not quite the same kind of control as in Montage, not even close.
