DATA Favorite LOCK - how to UNLOCK? Data shuttle dial is not working.

Controller DATA Dial is locked where it won't work. I can access sounds using buttons, but Category FAVORITE button appears locked.
How do I turn that off to get the DATA Dial functioning again?
