I want to save an individual song to a flash drive so I can clear out the song memory and then load it back in. All I can find in the manual is how to save all the songs. Or is there a way to just load back the songs you want from the flash drive?

The latter. You SAVE all Songs in memory. This happens when you set the FILE TYPE to either ALL (.X6A) or ALL SONG (.X6S).
This Saves all occupied Songs 1-64 to the file.
You can then Clear all Songs in the Sequencer, then load single Songs from within those file file Types.
You can clear All Songs in the Sequencer (after Saving), by going to [SONG] mode
Press [JOB]
Press [F6] SONG
Select 03: Clear Song
It will highlight the number of one Song, use the DATA WHEEL and clockwise to "All"
Confirm CLEAR ALL SONGs
Now you can Load individual Songs from your saved file.
Set the FILE TYPE to "Song" as in individual
When you find your .X6A or .X6S file, hit Enter to view a list of Songs in the File
Direct it to an internal Song memory 01-64
