Hello everyone.

i have a moxf8 and want to use a different synth/piano to split my performance

on the first key there is a sample second key to the middle there is piano en middle to end there is organ now I lower my piano volume with modulation wheel en organ with foot pedal .

but I want to use the second keyboard to use the organ sound from moxf8 and only the first to sound on my moxf8

and setup it trough midi in Cubase because next to these sound I play sometimes a virtual plugin.

hope someone can help me pls.

i have a Floyd try out gig on June 1st

Use the MIDI feature in Cubase to assign different keyboards to specific MIDI channels on the MOXF8, and set up the MOXF8 to split sounds and control volume separately for each section of the keyboard, then double-check thoroughly to make sure everything works as expected.

To achieve this setup, connect both keyboards to your computer running Cubase via MIDI. Assign different MIDI channels to each zone on your MOXF8. Create MIDI tracks in Cubase for each zone and assign them to the respective MIDI channels. Load the desired sounds and control volumes using MIDI CC messages.
