I got a mx61 and i can not play one voice bank as the gran piano because it jumps to another back as from grand piano to meloground and then to rmtcpiano. it is anoying. Please Help

What is "meloground" and "rmtcpiano"?
We need to ask what else is connected to your instrument, since it is quite normal for the MX to change programs when it receives a message via MIDI to do so. Let us know.
If nothing else is connected to the MX, then take your instrument in to an authorized Service Center.
