Reface CP lacks a separate EQ. I think this is the greatest flaw in the design. There's room on the control face for an EQ slider (treb-bass) between the Drive dial and the first set of effects Trem/Wah. Some people use the Trem/Wah as a pseudo EQ, but we should be able to control EQ independent of the effects. An easier solution would be to program the 'Sustain Pedal' input as an 'Expression Pedal' that could control EQ. 'Damp' as well as 'Sustain' would also be nice. The expression pedal EQ could be activated using the key inputs that control other factory parameters, like midi, etc. Allowing expression pedal controls would be a nice addition to the next firmware update, if there is one.

Very much agree - all the other reface models have some way of tweaking tone, but the CP definitely lacks it. I sometimes find the WR a bit muddy, and the RDs and CP can be a bit thin at certain points on the scale -- easy to adjust if you're plugged into other gear, but would be nice to have EQ on board to get the right sound straight to headphones.
