My reface Dx Keeps saying low battery despite just having put new Duracell’s in it, and now the audio it cutting out whenever I play. I just bought this synth a week ago, and was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this

Make sure all batteries are NEW. If you replace just some, they will all quickly drain to match the weakest.
Make sure all batteries are facing the correct direction, they will overheat and bad things happen if you don’t pay attention to battery polarity.
Audio cutting out is a sign the batteries are weak. Check that each battery location is making good contact with its battery.
Get a Yamaha PA130 Power Adapter.
