Hi, can anyone tell me if there's a way to lock the DX velocity at a certain level?

Thanks.

No. If you are referring to the reface DX keyboard transmitting velocity. It always sends velocities 001-127 when you strike the keys.

Yes. If you are referring to the reface DX tone engine receiving velocity. Each Operator can be set to respond or not to velocity. The parameter is "Vel S" - Velocity Sensitivity and found on the second Operator Edit page of each Operator 1-4.
Press [EDIT]
Press an Operator 1-4 button twice to view screen 2.

Operators that are Carriers (number in a square) will influence Volume output. The higher the "Vel S" the more effort it takes to make the Voice loud. A setting of 0 is fixed output
Operators that are Modulators (number in a circle) will influence timbre change. The higher the "Vel S" the more effort it takes to modify the sound.

Settings of 0 mean no change applied via Velocity.
