? The question is not clear. They both feature audio and Midi interfaces replacing the computer sound card.
The MOXF features dual stereo (4CH) audio capability, plus it features an A/D (analog to digital) input that can accommodate a stereo or mono input which it can route discreetly to the computer. The MOXF is also iOS class compliant.
The MX features a stereo (2Ch) audio capability, which it uses for its internal tone generator.
Both can act as a MIDI interface for itself and one external device.
