Does the XS Rack of its own on-board MIDI filtering? Is there a way to filter out incoming MIDI CC information on the MOTIF RACK XS without have to use an external midi filtering device like the MIDI Solution's MIDI Event Processor?

Yes, the Motif-Rack XS has its own programmable RECEIVE SWITCH filter system. You can set each MULTI PART to Receive or Ignore the particular Controller or Control Change number.

You mentioned "Yes, for MULTI PART". Though, is it possible to ignore CC for VOICE?

The Receive Switch is a function of the PART, and therefore a function found in MULTI mode.
