F0 43 10 7F 1C 07 5[channel #] [drum key #] 06 [##] [##] F7

Bd TB Comp = 4668

4668 = 123Ch {Rsh} 7 = 24, 123Ch {And} 7F = 3C

F0 43 10 7F 1C 07 50 0C 06 24 3C F7

OK! But I have not math power in my mind. 😮

I have the question! Where is USER numbers? I can't found my samples.

I can't understand what this written
1 – 6347 (User, Library:
1 – 2048)
1st bit6-0  bit13-7
2nd bit6-0  bit6-0

abra-cadabra 🙂 bla-bla

1 – 6347 (User, Library: 1 – 2048)

1 =1 user or library?

On the Modx you can see the number assigned to your sample by:

1. Edit the element you assigned the sample to and it will show the sample bank and waveform number at the top.

2. Edit an element and click the waveform info area (e.g. name) and then use Category Search to find your waveform and then you will have the number.

3. Use SysEx to extract the info from the current performance that uses your waveform on an element - F0 43 30 7F 1C 07 41 00 03 F7 -> the '00' is 'ep' so 00 means element 1 and part 1

Library, user, and preset waveforms all start at 1. There's another byte that tells the drum key if the waveform (samples) are in the user or library area:

See "Wave Select" which would be 50 0C 01 (address hh mm ll) for this parameter. Set to 1 for user, 0 for preset, or 2 for library 1, 3 for library 2, and so on until 9 for library 8.

Look at "wave select" as an index into a new "page" of memory and each "page" represents a different area (preset, user, library1 - library8) and then the number you're setting at 50 0C 06 is an offset on this page of which waveform.

No problem - I'm fairly familiar with most of the SysEx so I can help translate if needed in the future.
