Joel is right, probably the automatically download mail is in your spam folder or it is denied by your mail server.

Now I sent the download mail manually using two different mail server.
Hope you received it now.

Seems that there is something wrong with your mail account? Mailbox full or something?

Do you have an alternate mail address you can use?

I didn't receive other complaints yet.

There is some real great stuff in it.
And the best part: some beautiful sounds/effects are in just a single part.

I sent an email to the listed address with the title and and body of the message containing the keyword.

Within minutes - I received an automated response with the download link.

I have no spam folder - but certainly checking these would be worth it. Some mail accounts have automatic folders like "promotions" and "social media" which automatically place mail in different folders -- gmail started doing this some years ago. Typically you can use your mail's search feature to "pull out" messages that are in a different folder.

You could also try forwarding your mail to a different account for an hour or so and try again. Then you would also have the forwarded address to look at which may be easier to deal with.

I've found Easysounds campaigns for automatic download responses have always worked flawlessly. There are a few variables which could be impacting your experience and typically the issue is on your mail client/server side.

Bluehost has a kind of crazy "service" which blocks email as a kind of spam filter for a whole organization. You won't see anything in your spam folder - but the organization admin will have a spam folder for the whole organization. So there could be something else going on if you have an aggressive host and atypical setup.

Still no luck here.

I have a junk folder that is empty.

I checked my server which is Shaw Webmail and nothing in any folders there either.

All rather peculiar.
