Controlling both organ parts with external dual manual organ?

If I have an external dual manual organ controller such as a Crumar DMC-122, or even just two external controllers on separate MIDI channels connected to the YC, would it be possible to control both the YC organ's upper and lower manuals/drawbars independently using both external manuals?
